First of all, make sure all your plugins and Divi theme are updated. If you see a little round arrow with a number next to it at the top of your dashboard, click on it and update the plugins and your Divi theme. If that doesn't solve the issue, go to Dashboard -> Divi -> Theme options -> Then click on the Builder tab, then where it says Static CSS File Generation enable it if it is disabled, then click on Clear, then disable again. if it is enabled, then click on Clear and disable.
